Description of Work: I will tell you the truth if you can promise me these people will not call and harass me. I did not get their number through Angie's list. My neighbor used them. They showed me a picture of rectangular shingles. The shingles they put up, at night, were hurricane, triangular shaped. They fell through the master bedroom ceiling leaving a 5'hole and offered me $400. to get the ceiling fixed and painted. It took over a year to catch up with the guy. He finally sent someone out who showed me that another area of the ceiling had been damaged and was sagging so bad it was the first thing you saw when you went in the room. The guy her hired offered to fix it for another $50.00, out of my pocket of course. He did a good job. The ceiling was now white making the walls look dirty so he offered to paint the the walls for $600 so they would match. Now I'm up to $1050 out of pocket. He kept complaining that he wasn't getting paid enough for the job. He was there a week. I gave him a tip since he was hinting at it all week. When he was leaving he pointed out a spot on the side of the house where the siding was twisted, bent, crumpled, not lying flat against the house. It looks terrible. I was DONE. I did not want to try to catch this man again. He only had one crew member that spoke English. This was back in 2004 or 2005. I'd have to look it up. The painter guy was someone he met in a bar out in Wixom. I couldn't find anyone to do the job for $400.00. This is the truth. Please keep me out of it. I have to still fix the damage they did to the siding. I truly believe he thought I was just a dumb woman who didn't know He was taking advantage of me. He certainly didn't care about workmanship. There's more, but enough is enough! I do not wan't to deal with these people ever again!

Description of Work: Bill White who is based out of the Ypsilanti office that services our area was very professional and appeared to be very experienced in his field of expertise which in this case was re-roofing our house. The total job took about a day and a half and the job site was cleaned up fairly well after they were done. One of the workers even reworked one of the roof vents because he wasn't happy with the way they did it the first time. There really isn't too much bad to say about this company. The quote was reasonable, the quality of the materials used are good, and the work was completed in a timely and professional manner.

Description of Work: They replaced part of my roof. They have done work for me a few years ago. They did a great job both times for us.
