Good until we had a roof leak around the chimney that water damaged a bedroom ceiling after only 22 months after roof was put on. Mike seemed like we were asking a lot for some warranty work and didn't want to here anything about fixing ceiling, finally agreed to fix ceiling if we signed contract releasing him from any further problems with our less than 2 month old roof.

I had some problems with them getting cleaned up afterward. Their was a problem with the estimate and what they actually charged me. The roof has not leaked. The final amount was a lot more than what I had been led to believe it could be. They did a good job but it was more of a hassle than expected.
Description of Work: They replaced a flat roof over my family room.
