Still no response from the company, so not good.
Description of Work: Used them several times and was satisfied, but I now have a problem with my central air conditioning and the response has been terrible. Called 2 days ago and was told I might get service the next day, didn't happen, also no one called to let me know when I might expect a service call. I still have no idea why I wasn't at least informed when I could expect a service call.
