I called up to get someone to come buy to do a quote for a flooring repair - my bathroom flooded and I needed the bathroom and adjacent hallway floorboards replaced. The owner was disinterested in the job because he felt it would be too small a job and not worth the trouble. He then advised me to go to his website and request a quote, and he would see if he wanted to do the job.I did input to the website, but never heard back from him. I went to Just Floors instead - they were happy to do the job.

Andy was very prompt in scheduling an appointment for an estimate and his pricing compared with other consultants. He was able to schedule the project within a reasonable time period and stayed on schedule in terms of start date and overall time to complete the work. He was very pleasant to work with throughout the course of the project. I enjoyed having him in my home and would be happy to use him again. We were comfortable enough to give him access to our home for a week while we were away so that he could complete his work. I am overall very pleased with the way the project turned out. His recommendations helped us make the right decisions and the work he did is beautiful. We are thrilled with the way our floor looks.

He did a very good job. He gave us an estimate. He was on time and we gave him a deposit. He got done in the time that he said he would be done. It was a very positive experience. We got a couple of quotes and his price was right in line. We would use him again.

I wanted wood flooring to replace carpeting in my entire house, and I found Rivertown Flooring listed. Andy contacted me right away and we set a time for him to give an estimate. He was punctual and informative and I saw flooring jobs he had completed on his webpage gallery plus testimonies of his work, so decided to contract him. We had to remove furniture from the entire house into the kitchen, bathroom, and basement which was interesting to say the least. I was going to leave the old wood in my hallway and entry, but it was so beautiful I decided to have him tear that out and do the whole house in hickory...it is Gorgeous!!!! I think it takes special skill to cut and arrange the wood as to enhance the natural colors and patterns to glorify the God-given beauty..Andy certainly excells in this. I gave him the housekey and got myself and the pets out of his way, and when I came home, it was done. Andy kept open communication the whole time and I did not have to worry about a thing, nor watch every move he made. He even keeps in contact after he was done to make sure things are okay and will check it again to see all is well and satisfactory. I appreciate that and I feel not only did I find a good worker, but also a friend....that I would advise anyone to hire for wood flooring work. Thanks Andy!!!

They were priced right. The floors are beautiful. They are very reliable. I would highly recommend him.

Andy did a great job! When I called him I needed someone to remove some large stains in one of the bedrooms and a large spot about three foot in diameter of damage right in the middle of the living room floor where someone had set a plant and it had leaked water for many years. The floors had been so neglected I needed them all refinished. Andy came out and gave me an estimate that was lower than three other companies I had received estimates from. He was able to remove all the stains and did a beautiful job on the sanding and refinishing. The floors looked beautiful and I couldn't have been more pleased. Another thing about Andy, he needed access to our house while were gone because we chose to have the process done while we were out of town. Andy was given a key to our home so he could do the job in steps which was required due to the damage and stains. The last day as he was leaving, he saw we had some branches in the yard that were large and needed to be removed. Andy had a saw with him and cut the branches to a manageable size so our neighbor boy who did the yard was able to dispose of them. Andy not only is great at his job but totally trustworthy, and certainly goes above and beyond his job responsibilites. He is a living example of what we all should be!
