The company said they would price match, but did not, talked bad about the competition, and would not honor their own 5% off any job coupon that they listed on Angie's List. They lead me to believe if I used another company they would not get me the right equipment to get the consumer rebate back; he tried to tell me other companies would tell me I would get the rebate but I would not, basically they would be untruthful. I would never recommend them to anyone!

They are knowledgeable. They are okay. I would continue to use them again.

I had Jimmy Johnson and he was very thorough in telling me about the product and also different things I could do to help save on my energy bill. The cheque that came through was very courteous. He made sure that he wore covers for his shoes and he was very polite. He said thank you and was very thorough with what he did. Whenever he did anything, he’d always let me know and was very informative. He had things done quickly and efficiently. I don’t remember how much I spent on the services. He was a little more expensive but I feel that he’s worth it. He is very good at what he does and he’s also very knowledgeable. Price wise he does sell more high quality and stuff. He is very quick to get out there and get stuff done. He was fifteen minutes early. I will use his services again in the future if I needed to.

They were good. They were prompt, and they were on time. They were polite. Everything is holding up fine. They did what I asked them to do. They didn't have any dirt around, and they cleaned up after themselves. The gentleman who showed up was very pleasant.

I called late Saturday afternoon regarding a problem with my air conditioner. They came out within a couple of hours and determined what the problem was. Because it was not necessary to fix the problem immediately, we arranged for the service person to come back early Sunday morning. He arrived at exactly the time agreed upon. They gave me three options to remedy the problem. Made the repairs that I requested. They were very courteous and professional during both visits.

I called them yesterday, and they came right out within an hour and a half. They got right on it. The owner was here a couple hours later to figure out what they might need to do on Monday. They showed up first thing this morning and fixed it. They are pretty attentive. They are big enough to answer most jobs right away. They had somebody on call, and they were out here pretty quickly. They were also transparent about what they were doing.

Ever since we purchased the house 2 years ago, the gas logs have not worked. We had 3 service calls, all to no effect, until we found Aspen. The two workers stuck with the problem until they figured it out. It required two different trips; they came when they said they would, were very polite, protected the area where they were working and cleaned up afterwards. In the process of their work, the grill on the front of the fireplace was slightly scratched (so they told us--we had not noticed) and they painted it before they left. We were completely satisfied with their work and would strongly recommend them.
