I called him twice for a written  estimate.  He said he would drop it off at my house that night.  That was 3 1/2 weeks ago.  I have not  seen or heard  from him  yet.  I guess he  does need my business.  Oh well I don't need him either.

Well, we have had to call the company back twice (they were prompt) and are supposed to be doing so again, although we have not heard back. The heating system was being installed as we closed on our home. We needed to rent our apartment for two extra months due to the heating system not functioning properly.  Two  years later we still have no heat in our kitchen.  Quality was sacrificed for cost savings. Although we know the seller of our home hired them to do it cheaply, there should have been some consideration for the health and well being of the family moving in. We have cracking paint and plaster walls  due to moisture from not lining the chimney for  natural gas heat.  The chimney is crumbling in the attic because of it. I had my home inspected before purchase, but because the system was so new, the flaws were not detected. Several professionals that have come over mentioned never seeing HOT water pipes attached and running horizontally across walls  in the manner which ours are. It was a definite hazard for children and we had to put boards over them.  This company needs to improve their workmanship.  It pains me to write negative reviews for any company, but I think if another can be prevented from being in our current situation, it needs to be done. Although we did not pay the company directly, their large fee was included in the purchase price of our home.  It was expected to be installed properly.
