Wow can only guess about the company and form my opinion from there employees that blocked off a street illegally, was called a *** and threatened with violence all because i was trying to go home and take care of my kids. It was truck 146 and they also told me they work for the city of wyandotte (probably contracted through) had to call the cops to make them move so people can get to there homes on a one way street. Side note they weren't even working they were just sitting in there trucks.

I needed them removed right away due to a court date I had with the city about them the next day and I explained that to Angie who called me from the company. First she quoted me a rate of $400 to $500 for it to be done and then she call me back to say that she talked to the Forman about coming out that day to do half of the job which was to remove the vines off of my power lines. She advised me that she was told that because my estimate was back in May and that the tree’s may have grown since the estimate, that to remove the vines it would change the cost from $400 to $500 and if I wanted the stumps removed and hauled away that day that would be an additional $200 and also an upcharge fee of at least $100 for him to come that day. SO a total of $800 now for half the job! Not on my watch. I can understand Angela not being the one to create the estimate however, for her to call me today like we never spoke that day asking me about the estimate and then to tell me she had no memory of us talking repeatedly that day is completely unacceptable. Once I explained to her what I just stated above of what she told me and she rushed me off the phone and ended my call ( basically hung up on me because I was still talking.) I of course contacted another company that same day 09/18/17 and they were my home before I arrived from work and had removed the vines I requested and cleaned the debris for over half the price that your foreman tried to up charge me on. I feel like they tried to take advantage of the situation of me needing it removed right away due to a court hearing and I am in no way ignorant to how an estimate works. If he felt my estimate was too old, what should have been done is to be told that they will need to re assess the area first before providing me a new fee. Don’t just assume without seeing my tree’s since May that things have grown out of control. Clearly he/she was not trying to do the work and I should have just been told that they needed to do a new estimate first. I would never have them step foot on my property to even remove a tree branch after the unprofessional experience I had with them. They truly tried to take advantage of the situation of me needing the work right away and tried to overcharge me for my need. Would NEVER recommend you do any tree service with them.

Everything went smoothly and as expected.

The crew showed up and performed very well together. I thought no big deal to remove a tree, but after watching the process and how really technical it is to remove such a huge tree, I was very happy that I decided to go with them. The crew worked very hard from the minute they got here to the minute they left. The total job took about 8 hours to complete. I definitely would call them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

My fiancée and I recently moved into our new home and we had this huge old tree in our relatively small back yard. Unfortunately, it's roots were affecting the electrical power in our garage and out of fear of it doing anymore damage we wanted to have it removed. Cutmytreedown.com did such an amazing job! I mean, this tree was HUGE and so close to our house, but everything went great! The employees were so friendly and experienced, I highly recommend them for any tree work. We had our stump ground out as well, when I came home from work the day they finished I was shocked, there are absolutely no remnants of the tree ever being there (refer to before and after pictures). Fantastic job!
