+ -1 moreJulie was great to work with as we sold my home! Always responsive to contact, lots of good help and advice and willing to go above and beyond to help get things done. I moved on short notice and left some unfinished cleanup at the house. Julie helped me to get that finished and then did a great job staging the home. Everyone agreed, it looked amazing in the listing and it showed as it sold right away. I'm extremely pleased from working with Julie and would recommend her to anyone!

+ -1 moreShe was hopeful and yet realistic throughout the offering to buy phase. She was so accurate with the comparables; I landed a house within $5,000 of the comparable she calculated. Consequently, I found the right house for me at the right price with most of the traits I wanted and needed. I would recommend her for both buying and selling a house if you want a truthful and detailed person. She will call it like she sees it and be in your corner all of the way to closing.
Description of Work: Wendy was thorough and detailed in finding me a house. In the present market where good houses were difficult to find and when they came on the market, they did not stay long, she was vigilant and quick to find me houses in my price range with the traits important to me to see.
