They did a great job overall. We had a different company come in and inspect our furnace, and when they did, they discovered 2 of the 4 heat exchangers were cracked. We could fix the 16 year old unit for $600 or we could take the opportunity to replace it with a new 95% efficient unit. They also pointed out some inadequacies in the ductwork, especially for return air. We had the other company come and give us an estimate for the work, and it came to over $7500 including a bunch of electrical work. We decided to get another opinion, of course! First, we invited a family member who is a master electrician to take a look at what we had been told needed to be done to bring us up to code, and would cost $1500. Well, he said only one thing was not to code, and we took care of that for a total cost to me of $35 (plus a thank-you gift :-) ). Then we called another family who works for a custom home builder and he recommended we call All-Star, as they are the preferred vendor for his company. After coming to take a look, the gave us a proposal to do pretty much the same work. Less than $3600, as compared to the $6000 the other folks wanted! Since All-Star was the trusted HVAC vendor of a respected builder, we hired them to do the work. Two days of work later, we had a nice quiet new furnace, and the bedrooms are warmer due to the improved ductwork. They were prompt, friendly, clean, and did a great job. We would definitely not hesitate to call them again, though I hope we don't need to for a good long time.

My A/C stopped working and it was a very hot day. I called Brian at All Star Comfort Solutions and he responded to my call immediately and was at my house and had it diagnosed and repaired within 60 minutes of my telephone call (20 minutes was his drive time). He dropped what he was doing and came right away. I can't say enough about this company, they are EXCELLENT. Customer service and response time was great, not to mention that he didn't even "up the price" for responding to my heatwave emergency call! - Pam
