He gave me an estimate and I agreed to proceed. He set up a date and then did not show up. I called and rescheduled. I then called to confirm the second date. He returned my call stating that he would not be able to start the job and that he had not even ordered the materials. On the phone, he first tried to make excuses and they he got very rude and hung up on me.
