Seasonal Property Maintenance

Company did not call Miss Dig, and I had to do it as law requires it. Very large stump was scheduled for removal without it. Gas line and AT&T lines very near stump. Asked for confirmation of insurance and not provided except to be told it existed.

We had the best experience with Seasonal Property Maintenance I would highly recommend them ( I did, in fact, to my father) They we highly professional and did an amazing job taking down a VERY large tree limb that fell in our yard as well as two other trees. These guys are amazing!! Trevor and Kyle and their crew should be highly commended for a great job done!!! They did an excellent clean-up job also. We are planning on using them in the future. All around great group of tree trimmers.

Seasonal Property Maintenance Tree Service was EXCELLENT! I was 100% satisfied. 5 big burly men , a Huge amount of equipment, big trucks, it’s like an army landed in my front yard! They were high energy , climbing trees , pulling ropes, grinding wood! But they were also extremely careful not to hit the telephone wires , my flowers, or my fountain! We added on several other jobs to the initial tree cutting . They had reasonable pricing and got the job done. They were easy to work with, professional , and cleaned up the work site ! I will call them for any new jobs!

Good job excellent service and cleanup

Kyle and his crew did a great job removing my three huge dead oak trees. They were friendly, worked hard and fast and cleaned up the entire site in about 7 hours. The crew went above and beyond. They even left some firewood and cut it up for me at my request. I heard about Seasonal Property Maintenance by word of mouth. I'm very happy that I hired this company. I will look to them for future tree work. Great job!

SEP 30, 2017 UPDATE: Still no call or response from Trevor at Seasonal Property Maintenance 248-875-4942. He gave us a quote and was responsive up until he cut the trees. Although he did a good job cutting the trees, we assumed he would be removing EVERY part of the trees he cut down... He left the two giant stumps one of which it on its side rising 3.5 FT out of the ground and very unsightly. After three days of texting and calls from me and the property owner, He said "...well I didn't bring my stump grinder... but I can get someone to take them out for an additional $150 each..."; we agreed to pay him the additional funds to have them removed even though we thought it would be included. That conversation was 6 days ago. Multiple calls and texts into him and still no response as to when he will be removing the stumps for $300 additional as he stated. Not happy with this service. 10/202017 UPDATE: To date Trevor has never called back since he offered to remove stumps for addition funds. Willing to still pay him for the work he did complete. He would just have to call Bob the owner. Worst customer service ever.

Trevor and Kyle were very pleasant and prompt. They did a good job with tree removal, but removing deadwood was just ok.

Great guys, did a really good job. Just wish I had nailed down the quote a bit more before they started work because they charged me the maximum of the range. Also kinda irritating that they showed up, without notice, 4 weeks post initial work to finish the job. Overall though we are happy with how it looks.

Very good tree service- I have used others in the past. They come out with great equipment to get the job done fast and then follow through on everything they say they will do. Would recommend them to others. We will use them again in the future!

The crew was efficient and precise. I had a 65 foot cottonwood tree removed and the crew could not have been more professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left the property looking good.

They did amazing job removing trees and then cleaning the area. My neighbor compared a climber to a surgeon for delivering pieces of a huge maple tree exactly where they were supposed to go. Two of my neighbors hired them immediately to work for them, too! Overall, I was very impressed!
