I had 3 large tree uprooted due to recent snow storm. Received quotes from 4 vendors. The Michigan Property Network were low price and I had used them before and their service was excellent! Great communication from Adam Zion, crew arrived on time and they removed down trees, chipped limbs and brush and cleaned up areas. They even raked small chips and limb fragments from the snowy ground. I would highly recommend these people. It was our second Great experience with them.

They responded quickly, gave me a great quote, and were thorough in their work. They got me on the schedule within 24 hours of coming out to look at the job, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I would recommend them for any tree service needs.

They did a good job taking three trees down and cleaning g up the area.

They did a very good job cleaning downed limbs, etc. from the woods behind our home. They worked hard and did a good job of cleaning areas around the house so as to not leave any debris.

The crew at my home arrived at the time specified. They moved equipment in a limited space with respect for other vegetation and hard scale. They took great care in cutting and removing limbs and truck in limited space. Their clean up was amazing. They actually exceeded expectations.

Feb. 2022 Ron S. (Brighton, MI) - In late Jan, TMPN Sales Rep. Adam provided a very competitive written quote on the spot, with copies of insurance policies, on trimming 2 oak trees and cutting down 2 - 25" oaks. The trees, with large limbs (10"-12" dia.) hanging over the house, were located in a confined area between 2 houses limiting the drop zone along with having to avoid overhead electrical lines. This was a difficult job requiring the proper equipment, skill of the men (Tyler & Jason) doing the cutting and rope rigging as well as dropping the electrical line to my neighbor's house. Adam communicated very well in setting up timing as well as arriving with the crew (6-8 men) to make sure they knew exactly what was to be done. On site, in order to avoid overhead electrical lines, the crew built a temporary ramp for the bucket truck to transverse a drop in the yard ground level. Great care was exercised in lowering the pieces of large limbs and branches onto the house roof, cutting into smaller pieces and removal. Clean-up was also good. I would recommend this crew and hire them again.

Only issue was scheduling. It was a bit of a mess. Otherwise work was great.

The sales job is great. Everything was agreed upon with the guy who came out to do the estimate, and I described to him in great detail what I wanted to be done. The problem was that none of that information was relayed to the crew that came out. I had to leave for an appointment shortly after they arrived, so I was not able to stay there and watch over them. The result was that several of my trees were cut back WAY more than what I wanted. And you can not get that back. I was not happy.

Using contractors during the Covid19 pandemic is strange. They came out and took the tree down to protect my house (tree split and was hanging over the house), but 1 week later the tops are not chipped yet. I had to buy a chainsaw and clean up the backyard myself (part of it landed on my neighbor's yard). If the job was finished the day it started it would have been considered "essential to maintain safety" but since they split it up, not sure when I will get it finished.

My tree was located on a busy intersection. The team got to work immediately upon arrival to keep from blocking the intersection for too long. Great teamwork, everyone new their role and got it done quickly.
