How happy can one be about getting a tree cut down? Extremely! Besides being a safety hazard, the tree looked awful. Paul's crew were efficient and friendly and timely.

I was in need to cut a tree down that was starting to rot. My wife wanted it gone before we put a shed up. I submitted my request to service magic and within 5 minutes Paul called me. He came out that same day and gave me a great quote. (A lot better than two others that I got) He told me they could come out early the following week. Paul called me told me I was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. On Tuesday afternoon Paul called me and said they were on their way. They started work as soon as they got here and then the snow started to fall hard along with sleet. They worked right through the weather and finished the job exactly how I wanted it. I would always use this tree service company for all my tree needs.

Excellent service based upon the following: 1) Submitted request through Service Magic late Sunday morning 2) Received a follow-up phone call within two hours 3) Scheduled a quote for 4PM Sunday afternoon 4) Quote completed by 4:30PM and hired contractor 5) Contractor came on Monday and cut down four large trees (30 - 40 feet tall). Three of them were between a chain link fence and overhead electrical lines. 6) All branches, wood and cutting debris was removed 7) Subcontractor ground stumps on Tuesday as promised Entire process: Start to finish from Sunday morning to Tuesday morning, two days and at a reasonable price. Unbelievable!
