They took down 6 trees and were very consciensious about the right way to attack the project from a saftey stand point and me hepful advise on future trimming etc. Work was done in a timely manner, all workers were courtious.

I got a call within 10 minutes of submitting my request for service through Service Magic. Paul made an appointment with me the same day to come and look at my project. He walked the property with me and explained that some of the trees I was concerned about really didn't need to be trimmed - when's the last time that happened to you? A vendor protecting you from work that didn't need to be done by them! The work that Paul and his crew did do was great. They were in and out, listened to my requests, and cleaned up so well it looked like they'd never been there --- except my trees looked sooo much better. They're a great crew.

The men I spoke with were friendly and helpful. They came to remove a limb in a timely manner. However, when their secretary e-mailed me a bill, it was incorrect. The second time she e-mailed it, it was still incorrect. I paid the bill, also in a timely fashion, but am worried that any company that sends out an incorrect bill, and the customer pays part of it-according to THEIR invoice, will later be held responsible for the rest. The difference in the e-mail bill and the amount I paid was other work they had estimated, but that I had not wanted at this time.
