Paul and his team have done 3 tree removal jobs now at this 32 unit Condominium Complex. They do a great job at a really fair price.

I worked with Paul Kountouriotis from "The Michigan Property Network" in regards to removal of 3 oak trees in addition to the removal of a very large "challenging" cotton wood stump located on our water front that was left over during the recent storms. Paul and his company did a fabulous (quick and efficient) job on the 3 oaks and also worked a variety of alternatives to remove the "unsightly" stump. Very Good at what they do

Requested to come in afternoon , they would be on my neighbors property and I wanted to be there in case something happened. Thought we had it set up for afternoon, came in the morning, I just happened to be home asked why they came so early? Was told were here now, knocked on neighbor door and he said ok to be on property. Terrible customer service, poor attitude , would not recommend. They did cut down my tree. I asked about twigs on my neighbors driveway/lawn and was told that was there. I went and cleaned up neighbors yard. Not worth doing business with.

The owner contacted me immediately. We had just experienced a widespread storm in the region and many limbs were down all over. He arranged for a team the next day and they did a good job cutting and removing the large damged limb. He was vey pleasant and cooperative.

I couldn't believe how fast they had my mature size pine tree cut down and everything cleaned up! The tree was very close to my house so I was worried about how cutting it down would be handled without any damage to my home. Needless to say, Michigan Property did a fantastic job! It took awhile to get them out. When they showed up the first time, they indicated they needed a bucket but didn't bring that truck. They came back two days later and took care of everything. I'm happy with their work.

I needed someone that knew about tress and how to properly cut them and when. They recommended holding off on trimming my oak until fall so it wouldn't damage it.

They called within 30 minutes of my request on the website. I had a large maple tree that split during a storm. They cut the logs, they ground the stump and gave me a decent price. They were professional, explained each process and that they would have different crews handling the different parts of the job. Will use them again for other tree work, including maintenance.
