- I was referred to this company by a friend who promised me they were top notch. I called them in the middle of the night expecting to reach an answering service, but I spoke directly with the technician who would be coming to my home. He assured me that he would make it over within the hour to fix my heat. He arrived promptly in the middle of the night and got right to work.
As he was working he made sure to come up and explain to me the issues and how he would be fixing them. He even gave me other advice on the care of the furnace which was very much appreciated.
He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with his service and stuck around to make sure everything was working properly before he left.
I have had on-call service technicians come out after hours and you could tell by their attitude they were NOT happy to be working. HVAC Pro technician had a positive and reassuring attitude throughout the whole process. You can tell that they hold high standards for customer satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!
