Signed a contract within days and was told a week to 10 days for installation. Everything done as quoted, professional work and clean-up. Owner did regular check ins during work and at completion. I hired them to find a leak and patch the roof. Honestly, they didn't find the leak but they still devised a plan to cover the likely area for a reasonable price. We got lucky and rain exposed the leak which did save us a bit off the quoted price because they didn't have to cover as large an area. They were adaptable and responsive and got back to me quickly (lots of contractors seem to forget you when you don't have a huge job). I would call them again if we need any more repairs or in the future to replace.
