+ -1 moreThe freezer stop working, they came out and diagnosed it, came back the second time with parts and refrigerant. Replaced parts and they have been here 5 times and they still haven't fix the problem. My ice maker is still not working and they told me I need a plumber for this. I lost over $300 worth of food and they gave me $30.00. Every was really nice but they don't receive any formal training.
