Ken called to confirm he was going to arrive in about a half hour. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He replaced the kitchen faucet and all the plumbing underneath which was leaking and needed replacement. When he was done I didnt even know there was any work done. The kitchen was left as it was when he arrived. From start to finish Ken was nice and easy to work with. We were very comfortable having him in our home.

We are so pleased to have been referred to Doug and BROCK MECHANICAL (a special thanks to Meg in Brighton)! On a cold Sunday evening our H2O tank finally gave up it is proverbial ghost. I called Doug & he rearranged their schedule to arrive the very next morning with a new high efficiency unit! Ken Jackson completely replaced the Bradford White tank in under 3 hours! Now you tell me where the heck you can top that level of service in todays world .

My toilet was leaking into the wall and down into my kitchen. This company came highly recommended to me. My phone call was returned on the same day and the office staff is professional, prompt, and friendly. I quickly received a phone call from Doug to assess the situation and schedule a date. Kyle and him came to my home on time and were professional, extremely knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and took the time to explain everything I did not understand. Once the job was finished they took the time to ask me if I had any other plumbing concerns which I did and they took the time to address my concerns and even taught me some things. They did a great job and the problem was resolved for a great price! WhooooHoooooo!!!! This was my first time using Brock and they are now saved in my phone. I highly recommend using this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Recently, I had a sewer pump replaced. Ken was the installer. He throughly inspected the sewer pump and miscellaneous parts. He explained the work to be performed. Ken replaced the sewer pump system and cleaned up the work area. He explained Brocks warranty as well as Zollers warranty. Prior to leaving he made it clear for us to contact his office if we have any issues. Overall, Ken demonstrated professional skills, knowledge and did a high quality job. We would definitely contact Brock Mechanical for all our water related needs.

Installed my vanity, did a great job

Bill at Brock Mechanical did a nice job for me in 2019 so I called Brock again when my hot water heater died. Doug Brock answered on a Tuesday, promised a call back after 2 p.m. that afternoon. No call back and no pick up on my calls to his phone. I tracked him down on Wednesday afternoon through his co-worker, denied he ever spoke to me even after I recounted the specific conversation, said maybe I talked to **his brother**. (It was his voice and his mobile phone.) That is when I should have moved on, but he asked for pictures to do research to schedule the job on Friday. Did not call again until Thursday afternoon, had no finished research. I have not heard from him since, it is now Saturday afternoon. I specifically asked on Tuesday and Thursday if they were too busy to take on my job and he said no. Obviously not true. He cared more about keeping his pipeline full and stringing me along then he did about my family being without hot water for five days. It is not enough to do good work, you have to be trustworthy too. I will not do business with people who cannot tell the truth. I hired someone else and Brock will not even know unless he reads this review, I do not expect him to call again.

I have called this company to repair a leaky toilet as well as repair to my water heater. In both instances, they responded quickly, were professional, friendly, and able to expertly make the needed repairs. I highly recommend Brock Mechanical and going forward will choose to call on them for needed services.

Responded quickly. Did the repair right away. Both Doug & Ken weâ re friendly and professional. If I had to critique anything it would price was slightly higher that I expected but overall great company. I will definitely use them again.

Doug was prompt in responding to my phone call. Bill arrived on time and did the install. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to others. Their pricing was in line with other companies that provided estimates.

I paid $ 125.00 and NOTHING was resolved. My problem still persists. I will NOT be having anyone from Brock Mechanical back in my home.

It was hard to descried actual work done. They added extension on gas line to stove. Very well done!

He repaired the leak in my toilet (It needed a new wax ring, the old one was cracked). I looked from in my crawlspace to confirm 1-2 days after the repair and using the toilet that the area appears to be dry. That is a good sign.

We were replacing an electric range with a gas range and there was no gas supply at the location. Normally I would perform my own plumbing work, but because of varioius obstructions, it was beyond my capabilities. They showed up to perform the work on time and installed a flexible gas pipe in less than 40 minutes. I converted the range from natural gas to LP gas and plumbed it in to the new supply pipe and it is working beautifully.
