Excellent professional workmanship. Team arrived on time and completed within expected time frame. They reviewed with us the equipment and how to use it. Cleaned up everything after completion. Will use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We had to replace the sump pump. Brock called me at 8:30 am and he said he'd get back to me in 20 minutes. He did and he had someone here at 9:30. Very professional and thorough, the cost was $100 less than the average of what I had googled.

THE WORK PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT. THE PLUMBER WAS LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, BUT HE DID CALL AND INFORM ME. HE HAS NOT FOLLOWED UP. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO GET SOME TESTS BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. THE COST WAS REALLY HIGH. HE USED LESS THAN $10.00 IN MATERIALS. HE WAS ON THE JOB ABOUT 2 HOURS. THE COST WAS ALMOST $400.00.

After one week of soft water reservoir usage, all is normal.

Mr Brock didn’t show. When I called an hour later he sent a subordinate who didn’t know why he was coming until he called to ask. He came right out though and was pleasant and did good work.

Hired Brock Mechanical for 4 separate jobs with 3 excellent results. On 4th job, they replaced the 2nd bath shower head cartridge. Which repaired the problem of hot water only but another problem appeared. The shower head leaked constantly anytime water was being run in the house. Brock was made aware of this issue, inspected the shower head, and said it was a problem with a piece in the wall. Also said that the vendor of this shower head and wallpart (diverter?) were substandard. Brock said they would contact vendor, Pfister, to see about this issue. Gave me two estimates, one if the vendor sent the replacement part for the piece in the wall at no cost, and a second estimate if they didn't send the part gratis. Waited for Brock to get back to me with the cost and schedule time for repair. I didn't hear from them so I called on 3 separate occasions and was told that someone would be getting back to me. Never heard from anyone. Now they won't return my calls. Talked to their customer service (3rd party?) on several occasions which they said would be forwarded to Brock. Nothing. This service is completely unprofessional. It's not a matter of my being late with payments, they were always paid on the day of service. Prior to this issue would have given them a 5-star rating. Now I just don't understand their actions.

Came right away as promised. Did the work efficiently and were very polite, replace main drain pipe in a crawl space, very neat.
