I highly recommend Brock Mechanical for your plumbing needs. They provided a quick response to my immediate need for a leaking hot water heater replacement. Ken (plumber installer) was very professional both in his appearance and work ethic. Install was completed and area was left cleaner than when job started. Doug was very willing to work with me and the cost came in less than expected. Very pleased with the entire process from start to finish.

Doug Brock of Brock Mechanical is the perfect example of CUSTOMER SERVICE! He emailed me, texted me and called to get in touch about our sump pump. Once he arrived, on time, he had his tech Kevin in another truck follow him to the job. He had a replacement sump pump in his truck, job was completed in about 30 minutes, if that. While in our crawl space Doug & Kevin noted a few other details going on with out well and filter. They were honest, kind and accommodating and took care of two other issues plumbing related without being asked. They just did it! I would highly recommend Doug Brock for ANY of your plumbing needs! Doug and his team kept us in the loop on project status. when an issue arose he got on phone and explained what needed to happen. He communicated his proposed plan to address the issue. The work that did get completed was exemplary and they cleaned up. I definitely recommend Brock Mechanical.

Home Advisor incorrectly cancelled my original appointment. I called Brock Mechanical to see if they were still coming for my 1pm appointment. They apologized even though it was not their fault. They then rescheduled me for 4pm. They showed up on time looked at my kitchen sink leaks. In a short amount of time, gave me an estimate and suggested an upgrade on a new faucet. They went to a nearby Home Depot and completed the job in a couple hours and they did good work and I am satisfied.

They came out promptly, installed our new hot water heater without delay, priced fairly and competitively and exactly as quoted. No surprises.

I was given a quote after talking to Brock over the phone and there were no surprises when the tech arrived on time to install the hot water heater. Their quote came in lower then other companies I spoke to . I will recommend Brock.

Said it would cost $ 180 to $200 was asked to pay $225
