I was contacted right away about my leak. My garbage disposal needed replacing. Bill installed a new one. He also checked and reinstalled other pipes under the sink. He was courteous, knowledgeable, quick, and clean. Very professional. I would recommend Brock Mechanical to others.

I have been looking for a company to service my tankless water heater for several years. Doug was able to service my tankless water heater and show me how I could do it myself from now on. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain exactly what he was doing and why he recommended certain procedures. I will recommend him to others.

Doug and William were very conscious regarding the installation of my water heater. They modified the existing plumbing to insure proper performance of the new heater. They were very professional not only in the installation of the new water heater but also in the removal and disposal of the old one

Incredibly knowledgable and wanting to make sure his work was done right. I had a terrible mess resulting fromprevious owner neglect, but Doug and his crew made it pristine for a reasonable cost. He could have just done what I hired him for and left a huge mess but that's not his style.
