+ -1 moreWe called a family friend who recommended Elite (our pastor). Hank, from Elite, responded to our call quickly. He was professional and courteous. He explained everything after he diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate. We had him do the work (topping off freon). He then checked for leaks and found a tiny bit coming from a port, which he capped. The job came in at the estimated amount. We were happy with his service and will use him again.
Description of Work: Our house was hot since the air conditioner was not working (blowing hot air). It turned out our freon level was low. Hank topped it off and checked for leaks. There was a miniscule amount leaking from a port, so that was capped.

+ -1 moreThe service call lasted about 45 minutes. Hank was very professional. He removed his shoes each time he came back inot the house, though we told him he didn't have to.
Description of Work: Our AC wasn't cooling very well so we called Elite on the recommendation of a friend. Even though it was very hot and humid that day, Hank Nielsen was able to come out early in the evening. It turns out we just needed a top off of freon, plus he cleaned the compressor. Everything works great now.
