Once the work started, it was discovered that there was significant hidden damage to the structure of the roof. They did a quality job of repair of my SIP structure roof including 34 sheets of OSB, and then completed the underlayment, drip edges, and shingle installation, all within one long day. Given that the work performed was way beyond the initial scope of the quotation, there was the potential for a bit of gouging. But the final price was reasonable considering the work that was performed.

Project was done as promised on time and competly cleaned up on completion. Front office was easy to communicate with and easy to understand. Price of the project was considerably less than the other two quotes that I got. Great company to work with.
