Called the repair number found on line. Found out it was an answering department that had a number of repair people in southern Michigan. Made an appointment for a repair person to come the next day (tuesday) between 9-11. There was to be a $80 service call if the work was not done. He showed up at 9:45 - diagnosed the problem - but did not have the part in his truck - one had to be ordered. On thursday we were called and told he would be there between 11-1 that afternoon. He came at 12:30 and had the new part installed by 1. He told us there was a 1 year parts abd labor guarantee. Over all it cost us $250 ... which seems a bit high but who really knows?

The appointment was scheduled for between 8am and 10am. I had the day off work, but had appointments throughout the day. I was called at 8am letting me know that the repairman was on his way and would arrive shortly. I was 5 minutes away and let the caller know. I was called again at 9:30 letting me know that the repairman was on his way and would be here in 15 minutes and be able to complete both services by 10:00. I called back at 9:55 asking where the repairman was and they did not know. I cancelled the service because the experience felt like it was not going to get better when he arrived.

They came out to dtermine what was wrong with my dryer. They determined the two wheelas on the bottom of the drum needed to be replaced. He could tell me the total of the bill, but not the parts and service separate. I told him the drum sounded bad, he said no. Ten minutes later he took the drum out and indeed, it was bad and needing replacing. He told me it was under warranty and left me with a quote for the wheels only. Two days later he called and said the drum was not under warranty and the bill tripled. Again, no seprate price for parts and service; nor could he find out. I called the office and the young lady indicated only one man in the whole corporation could separate the bill in parst and service. I left him a message and he never called back. I called the office again and asked about parts and service prices. Again, she said only one man in the whole corporation could help me. I called and again got his voicemail. I gave up. I ordered my own parts online and had my husband do the job for half of what they quoted me. I had to pay 89.99 just for them to show up and they kept it because I didn't have them repair the dryer. I will never call them again.
