Called the repair number found on line. Found out it was an answering department that had a number of repair people in southern Michigan. Made an appointment for a repair person to come the next day (tuesday) between 9-11. There was to be a $80 service call if the work was not done. He showed up at 9:45 - diagnosed the problem - but did not have the part in his truck - one had to be ordered. On thursday we were called and told he would be there between 11-1 that afternoon. He came at 12:30 and had the new part installed by 1. He told us there was a 1 year parts abd labor guarantee.
Over all it cost us $250 ... which seems a bit high but who really knows?
