He took refrigerator apart, did not put back together because he wanted to get more information (time study), called him when it leaked again, he did not come back out to fix or put back together, charged me 140. Plan to call Better business on him.

Rick was great. Was here within the time frame he said he would be here. Friendly and efficient. Knows his business. He explained everything to my satisfaction. Would have him back for any future repairs I may have.

Very friendly. Explained what he was going to do step by step and then did it. Turned out that the heating element was bad and needed replaced on a dryer. He had to come back the next day after getting a part to finish. Very patient and answered questions. Totally recommend him!

Paid $155 for less than 30 minutes of work. I told the guy that I went through HA because I thought $99 was too much from Whirlpool and I did not want to pay Whirlpool to come to fix it, he says "well shoot had I known that I would have given you a discount, next time call me and I give you a frequent flyer discount" I work from home and was extremely busy and just wanted him gone, but he did tell me that he only charges $35 for the visit and then parts and labor. So he replaced a wire that had been severed from a baking sheet at 30 minutes and that wire and labor cost me $120. Needless to say, I will not be using him again.

I used Home Advisor to contact Rick at Guaranteed Appliance and he called me within a half hour. Was able to come out later the same day and fix our oven. Very pleased. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Very nice person to work with. Our cloths dryer would run, but no heat. Rick replaced a part that seemed to fix the problem. Dryer heated up, but after he left and I tried to dry some clothes the heat would go off after about 10 minutes. I immediately called him and he came back the next day. Turns out the timer was bad and the part to replace it was really expensive. I’m assuming he was telling us the truth. We decided not to put any more money into it. He then offered to give us back $80.00 of the $163.00 we had paid him the day before.

Rick was very professional and honest. He had the lowest service charge of those I profiled. He is his business-(Guaranteed Appliance Repair), so, being a self-run business some individuals may find that to be a negative because he has to do his own ordering, etc., but I found it refreshing. Very down to earth yet professional and helpful. Also cost-effective and a good communicator.
