"One week out" as of 7/19 when I got my initial quote. It is 9/10 and they still haven't completed the project. I'm not sure Don knows my real name, as he only refers to me as "giiiirl". I did my best to be patient and give them some extra time - I didn't want to be a bad customer and I work in an industry where customers often yell or complain without understanding the delays or issues that naturally pop up. Unfortunately, this patience only led to their taking advantage of me. I have a hunch that after a couple rain days they abandoned my project to focus on pushier customers and their fences. After this realization I literally called John every day asking where his son was (Don, who was working on my project...supposedly). This revealed a definite lack of communication between the two, as John hardly ever knew where Don was or why he hadn't called me. Eventually this led to Don returning and finishing most of the project. I'm still waiting for gates though, so it still isn't completely finished. The fencing itself looks great, but the professionalism and timeline of this company leaves a LOT to be desired. I could have saved at least a thousand dollars by going to Home Depot, but chose the smaller, local company for their promise of a quicker timeline. What a joke.
