ACCURATE REPAIR

It went well. Terry came the following morning (7/28) and assessed, fixed and finished within 30 minutes. He wasn't much of a talker and I had to ask questions as to what was happening. He fixed it and gave me a price without really detailing what was covered. He did help me figure out what was wrong with my water heater though, so I was grateful for his knowledge.

I've used Terry to fix appliances in my apartment rental business for ten years. Probably fifty service calls over time. He's remarkable in his ability to identify the problem quickly and make the repair efficiently. His prices are very fair. I'd recommend him to anyone. He's superb!

They wanted $90 to perform diagnostics which would be waved if I had the repair done. However they would not give me an estimate of parts over the phone. It;s a refrigerator, It a compressor replacement. I had one estimate of $800 from another company. I'm not going to spend $90 only to find out it's still $800.

My Maytag washer was making a horrible noise when washing. Suspected it was the transmission. Repair man confirmed it was indeed the transmission. Was told that the cost to replace it (parts and labor) would be more than a new washer. Was also told that it was not a Maytag inside, but rather a Magic Chef. He's been in the business for over 30 years and he knows Maytags and Magic Chefs. I asked what he recommended. Answer: Whirlpool. Repair man was extremely punctual and professional. Would definitely use them again.

I TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG AND THEY CAME OUT WITH THE RIGHT PART FOR MY DRYER. THEY REPAIRED IT IN NO TIME. I WAS VERY GLAD THAT THEY COULD HELP ME. I WILL ALWAYS USE THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS.
