 + 0 moreWe have done business with the Dave Lamb people for many years and this most recent service appointment continued their history of excellent service. The technicians were professional, punctual, efficient and friendly. They had the whole process, including clean-up, completed in a couple hours and the only evidence of their visit was the shiny new water heater and HOT water coming from the faucets. I will not hesitate to call them for any future service needs.
Description of Work: Removal of old, leaking water heater and installation of new.

 + -1 moreWe ordered it from him on November 26th and the new one was installed on Friday, November 30th. The guys did a great job. They were here on time and very courteous. The installed the furnace in the timeframe they estimated to do the job and cleaned up after themselves. We were extreamly satisfied with the whole experience from estimate to completion. We used Dave Lamb to install an air conditioner 18 years ago when we bought this house and we have only had them repair it one time since installation. While the guys were here installing the new furnace they raised the air conditioner which was settling on one side.
Description of Work: Our furnace was 23 years old and went out for the third or fourth time in the last 3 or 4 years. We decided we needed a new furnace so we called Dave Lamb and his employee came out the same day and fixed the old one so we would have heat (at no cost for the part) and then gave us an estimate on a new furnace. We ordered it on Monday and they came and installed it on Friday.

 + -1 moreWent very well. I was pleased that he was honest in telling me that my furnace just needed a service call every 3 yrs instead of annually. Very polite and took time to answer my many questions.
Description of Work: annual furnace service. Right on time as scheduled. Cleaned furnace and was honest in telling me when I needed it serviced again. Provided a slight discount as my neighbor and I scheduled appt on the same day.
