Michael was great to work with on scheduling our carpet install. If you are looking for a carpet company this is the one! Great Customer service someone you can trust. Don't look anywhere else even if the other company is running a sale. My basement became my new living room.

After the job is done and money has been collected. Mike did not return any of my 5 voice mails or 9 missed phone calls in almost 2 weeks of time and still has not called me back.

I Spoke directly with Mike who initially was very pleasant and accommodating. I live out of town and needed work done for a rental problem. I requested carpet installation and hardwood refinishing. He sent plenty of pics for review after each job was complete, the problem was that everything (pics) looked great via texted messages. I fly in town to review Simply Floor's work and was totally surprise at the quality work, or the lack of; there were carpet remnants everywhere. No vacuuming at all was done. There is a very noticeable seam in the carpet that looks horrible. Simply floors also did my hardwood floors, and only one coat of seal was added. This allows the snow and water to absorb right into the hardwoodfloors. The biggest negative was when I was overcharge and I brought it to Mike's attention and he said he would correct it right away. He never did. Frustrating! I ended up having to call my bank to reverse the charges. It seems so senseless to lose business because an owner won't honor their commitment. Yes it's tough to try and manage a rental from out of town, but this is why I usually stick with Home Advisor to minimize these issues.

They helped a non profit organization with new carpet for a large room in a new office space.

Mike was very professional, provided a very quick estimate, and got the work scheduled and done in a timely manner! He was fantastic and even worked with my budget. I'd recommend him to anyone!!

Mike was prompt, professional, flexible and knowledgeable. The work was done promptly and skillfully, on schedule. Workers cleaned up after themselves, and the job was done without issue. They did what they said they would to our complete satisfaction for a reasonable price. I have recommended them to friends, and would use them again.

They were very professional, responsive to my needs as a single woman, and very helpful. They did the job in the time promised for the money quoted. I will use them again on my next project and would not hesitate to recommend them anyone.

The project started well but finished on a sour note. The majority of the work was very good but some of the finish work was left undone. I made the mistake of making the final payment prior to the job being finished.

They were prompt, professional, personable and reliable. The service they provided was outstanding. They did the complete package, remove and install carpeting. Their selection of carpeting was assorted and very good quality. I'm sorry I don't need more carpeting, by far the best contracting company I've every had.

Did a good job

Our family wailted a long time to get a new wood floor installed in our living room & dining room. The Simply Floor Covering company exceeded our expectations with workmanship and speed of service. Michael Mercer brought samples to our home and offered great floor covering suggestions. Art was our installer and he was such a perfectionist and a pleasure to have working in our home. Art put tarping all around the rooms he was working in before he started the job. Art cleaned as he worked each day to keep the dust from going into other parts of our home. His workmanship was 5 star. I would hire The Simply Floor Coverings company again.

Mike brought carpet samples and colors requested also made helpful recommendations. I ' m very pleased with the installation and quality of the carpet and the friendly caring attitude of the workers. I would highly recommend you to others.
