 + 0 moreIt went great overall. Good service, fair price, cleaned up when they were through.
Description of Work: Jim, the plumber, and an assistant, arrived within five minutes of their promised time. Actually they were early. They took their equipment to the basement and after a short conversation proceeded to use an electric auger (snake) to clear some roots that were blocking the main drain line. Jim advised me of what they had done and made some recommendations as to what he thought would preclude the root problem from causing problems again. I have been using this plumbing company for at least two or three years and he has always been prompt and professional at all times.
