Called them up due to an airconditioner that did not work. As it turns out the airconditioner was fine however my new homes circuit breakers had an improper amperage which was causing the breaker to trigger repeatedly. They quickly andcorrectly diagnosed the problem. The solution was sad and simple (flip the breaker repeatedly until the ac unit current draw stabilzes). He recomended that I upgrade the home breaker to 30A and lower the extenal ac fuse to 25A which should prepare the house for any new ac units should i replace my old one. Good service and problem solving, would recommend.

He will rip you off by gouging you. He charged me over double what a bonafide a-c company would charge.

This was an emergency repair at 9 pm and they were here within 45 minutes. They quoted me the base price over the phone before they came out and that was exactly what they charged. They were prompt, courteous and very professional.

The service was performed at 10PM. Brent did a great job diagnosing the problem, put in a temporary fix, got a new part the next day, and got the whole thing working again.

Excellent customer service, fast and friendly. Highly recommend Sam and his crew.

The time frames given were not met and phone calls were not made in a very timely manner. For the initial appointment I was given a 7 hour window of time that they could not meet and showed up 2 hours after the window. I had to buy a new furnace and I only bought from them because it needed to be fixed now. I will not use their services again.

i asked for a break down of the price that i was charged and sam refused to give me one. he says i have a warranty on the part. well i don,t have it. the pad that he used was very small and it does not show on my email page.thanks a lot and i will never use this company again nor will i recommend you.

Everything was done as quickly as possible. He needed a part but managed to find it by calling contacts and even drove all the way to Allen Park to pick it up before coming back to install. Great customer service.

Called Sam's on Friday because my Furnace was not operating properly. Brent came out on Saturday morning and found the problem quickly. Brent also gave me information about my furnace and recommendations on proper maintenance. Excellent technician. I would highly recommend this company for any work dealing with HVACs.

They did great work but were very expensive, and didn't provide a break down of the cost.

Sam was awesome. I hired a local firm first and they didn't even look for the problem. Sam took his time and found the problem. He was on time very polite and very honest with me. I have three furnaces in my house so I'm glad I've finally found the right person to work on my furnaces. Thanks Sam! I wish I could give you ten stars.

Sam was very professional and cared about a quality result. He even fixed a loose ground wire which was out of the scope of a furnace tune up. Definitely would hire him again.

I paid a $70 charge for a wrong diagnosis. Told me I needed a new furnace. Tried to scare me by suggesting that the heat exchange was bad, which would cause carbon monoxide. Said squirrel cage needed replacing. Person that subsequently did the repairs found that the problem was rusted screws on squirrel cage needed replacing.

Sam came to look at my furnace that was giving me trouble last Monday. He gave me some good honest advice which resulted in me deciding the replace the furnace. Sam replaced the furnace and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. Brent worked until 9 on Friday night to finish the installation. I highly recommend these guys!
