I just had a video surveillance system installed. I got three estimates and while all the people that came out were very nice I could only choose one. That was Corey Whitlock at PadGenius. He and his representative Josh, did an excellent job with respect to presentation and follow up. The crew is a great bunch of guys and I say that being a person that is very picky. They were polite, professional, and really appeared to care that I was happy when they left. No high pressure, reasonable pricing, and were thorough in explaining the details. They came out, worked up a price that was fair and completed all the work within the desired time frame. Very professional and would recommend to anyone with security needs.

This company sells you a dream, then doesn t deliver. We had a scheduling conflict in the beginning, in which I had to reach out to them to verify if still coming to complete installation. At this point I had concerns, however I was still going to give them a chance. I had a conversation with, I believe the owner of the company, as to what was needed and what I wanted completed with the installation. Two representatives came to complete the installation and I had to inform them of pretty much everything that I went over with the owner. I was a little baffled, because why was I on the phone with you going over details however the details were never communicated to the representatives completing the job at hand. Since the company could not make my original appointment, I had to have someone here in my place when the job was completed. Upon my return, there were still cords that were supposed to have gone through the wall that were still hanging. I reached out to the owner originally and he stated that he apologized as this was a oversight on their part and would come complete. In this conversation he also informed me to go and complete a review. I m assuming since I completed my review and was to satisfactory to get additional business they began to give me the run around concerning attaching the last wire that should have been placed through the wall in which he originally said was an oversight. It s been 2 weeks later and I still have a hanging cord. Last I spoke they were coming to complete on Monday, which is today. I have not heard from them and even tried to call and verify however the telephone number that is being used is no longer accepting phone calls. So no I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are totally unprofessional and provide mediocre service with horrible customer service!!!!!

The personnel at this company were prompt, courteous, personable and efficient, not to mention quite competent at installing my 79-pound flatscreen above my fireplace. Thank you Cory and Jeremiah! Highly recommended!

Excellent work. I had a scary incident with an intruder on my property. Because of that I was eager to get a surveillance system immediately. I talked to Corey on the phone and Premiere was able to fit me into their schedule within 1 business day. Jeremiah was my installer. He was very efficient and personable. I'm still getting used to my cameras but the picture quality is amazing and the system seems to be exactly what I need.
