Description of Work: They ground a large stump from a 100 year old tree we had taken down . They felt that they had ground through it to soil below but when we had a new tree planted in the area the bottom of the stump was still there . We are hopeful the new tree will flourish .

Description of Work: They cut down a very large Silver Maple tree in my back yard. Showed up on time started right away. They knew exactly what to do and how to approach the job. Very tight quarters in my yard yet nothing damaged but the ground as it was a bit muddy. They cut the entire tree down and gone in like 4 hours. Very good job.

The crew arrived at 10:00 with some serious tree removal equipment, and by 10:20 the trees were gone. The crew spent another twenty minutes cleaning up the area, which included debris that had fallen from a third large tree. | |From the friendly response to my initial phone call to the grinding of the last branch I was thoroughly impressed with this company's work. I've had trees removed from this property before, and, frankly, I was anticipating a much greater expense than what this firm charged. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Even though they were extremely busy cleaning up from multiple storms they were able to get around to removing a couple of trees. The price was reasonable.

Description of Work: The original work was scheduled out a month after I received the estimate. That was a bit longer than I would have liked but given the weather this summer, I was patient. When the crew arrived for my appt., they were fast and professional. My biggest issue came when I needed the crew to come back out to "reshape" a rose bush. That took nearly a month after a few missed appointment times. Ultimately, I was happy with the work but would recommend scheduling and the work crew work better together on promised and kept appointments.

Description of Work: The crew did a fine job of felling and bucking 3 medium sized trees. They tried to pile the wood where I had indicated, and cleaned up the driveway when they were through. One tree was leaning over a neighbor's shed, but they were able to bring it down without any damage. Sometimes it pays to go with experienced people who are insured and professional about their work; as opposed to any guy with a chain saw in his trunk. Support legitimate businesses.

Description of Work: Removal of large tree including grinding of stump, pruning of three additional trees around the yard that were hanging over my home/neighbors property. | |The staff in the office were extremely friendly when answering the phone and questions, punctual in returning calls and scheduling service (after the wait on an initial quote) and were helpful in reaching a project and price that worked in my budget. | |The staff arrived promptly when they said they would, got to work immediately and did everything I asked for and more. They walked through the project before cutting anything and confirmed throughout the process that I was satisfied with the work. At the end of the work, we did another walk through. They were very thorough in cleaning up my property and were very polite through the whole process. | |Very happy with their work and would definitely use them again and recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Description of Work: After notifying them that we had accepted their bid, it took two weeks for them to get back to us and then only after we called. The workers were thorough, friendly and helpful. They removed most of the tree, however, they left the stump saying the stump grinder would be by the next day. He finally showed up about two weeks later. Overall, the result was as desired.
