Very good work. The only thing I might do differently is not have the stump ground. In all fairness Clean Cut's stump grinder quit working, but he called another company and they came that same day. Clean Cut's cutting of the tree was right down level with the ground. The grinding of the stump tore up more yard than I expected.

Excellent work. completed work very fast, approximately 1 1/2 hours from start to completion.Overall, workers were great, did a great job, highly recommend for the work and value. We checked several others for quotes and they were at least 200 to 300 less in price. Definately would use again.

They were off Angie’s List. They were awesome. Their price was awesome. They came out and took care of everything just like I thought they would. They were easy to deal with.

They showed up on time and cleaned up fairly well, but the results of their trimming was poor. Two of the hedges were trimmed acceptably, but not nearly as well has we had expected and another hedge was really butchered -- too much was taken off and the top of the hedge was very wavy. The other bushes around the yard were trimmed fairly well. But, overall, the yard looks like it was trimmed by amateurs and not professionals. This is a complete reversal of the experience we previously had with Clean Cut, when we had trees removed. They did a great job at that.

I had a 'rush' job because of a notice received from the city to remove a large wood pile. Clean Cut was booked almost 4 weeks ahead, but gave me an appt for 2 1/2 weeks, on a Saturday (4 days before city deadline). The lady who set up the appt on the phone was very pleasant and understanding. I asked what would happen if there was a bad storm that day, and she said they would come out the next business day (and so on) if that happened. I decided to have a couple of dead trees cut down, also. The crew of 5 started around 9 am. It was nonsense the whole time - no significant standing around, no coffee drinking. They had to bring a cherry-picker truck into the backyard, but they put down 4x8ft sheets of plywood the whole route, there and back out. When they got everything cut and hauled away, they literally raked the large area in the backyard and where the wood pile had been, and used a leaf blower on the driveway (where they used the chipper).Incidentally, I noticed a sentence on the front of the main truck: The Lord is God. Cost-wise, I thought the original estimate was kind of high, even with the Angie's List discount, but after watching them the entire time, I had no doubt that they earned every penny of it.

Clean Cut came out and they worked fast, cut the tree limbs quickly cleaned up the yard. They were very professional and asked me before cutting some of the larger limbs, which was a plus to me because I still wanted some shady areas. They were also the lowest priced out of all 3 of my estimates.

When I called for an estimate, they were very prompt. I was not required to be home, which was nice (didn't have to take off work). I requested major trimming to a couple trees along with trimming the entire treeline in the back of my yard. I requested that no heavy equipment be used, as my yard was quite wet from the spring thaw. They left the estimate and I called back a few days later to schedule the work. They could not scheduled it at that time, but did call back a few days later to select a day for the work. Again, I did not have to be home while they worked. They did exactly what I asked and did a great job cleaning up. Payment was taken over the phone the day before the work which was convenient for me. I am very happy with this company and would use them again.

They just edged out another good company with their estimate, and a very good Angie's List coupon. They arrived after I was gone to work and when I came home at lunch they had most of the work already done. They did a great job removing a very large oak that was feet from our deck, and very close to several other bushes that they managed to avoid damaging. Excellent job, excellent clean up of a lot of mess, no complaints. I will call them in the future for any other tree needs.

Now I always use Angie's list when thinking of a home project. I found Clean Cut Tree Experts and called. They came out, gave me a great estimate and the job was scheduled. It took no time with their large grew of workers and all of their machinery. They protected all of the surrounding areas and windows. The tree was gone and chipped.The area was cleaned with rakes and now my house has a new look!

Jeremy Clarke and his crew came to my mom's house to do some cleaning up for us. They were prompt, professional and knew what they were doing. They gave me a more-than-fair price for the work. I initially called to clean up a huge limb in the backyard from a tree that was just over the lot line which had fallen over. The stump tore up my mom's property. So they, cut up and removed the limb, ground out the stumpand cut the tree back to the lot line ( it's wooded along the lot line). They also climbed and trimmed two HUGE cottonwoods and one good sized sunburst locust in the front of the home. Much,MUUUUCH better now! And they cleaned up after themselves.(sawdust, small debris, etc.)

They did really good. They made it convenient because I didn’t have to be there. I just put the cheque on the back of the door which was good. They came out the day they said that they would come and they did exactly what I wanted. They were the best. Their price was very good compared to all the other estimates. They were pretty responsive. I didn’t really set a time for them to come. It was pretty much anytime that they could come out because I didn’t have to be there. They are very professional. I spent $315 on their services. I will use their services again in the future.

We had 3 estimates. The prices were pretty comparable, but Clean Cut responded the most promptly. It took a few days to have the service done due to overloaded schedule, but they kept us informed at all times. They were quick, efficient and reasonably priced!

They had someone come out to the property and look it over and called me back with an estimate. The price was very fair. They showed up when they said they would, and trimmed it beautifully. No debris was left behind. I was afraid they might over trim it, and the tree would look bare, but they did a great job. They did exactly what I wanted. I'm very pleased with their work and would definitely call them again.

Look above that is how it went overall. The price was N/A since I did not get the whole estimate I wanted, etc.

We were in kind of hurry to get the removals done because the trees were in the way of other projects. Chad came out to do the initial estimate and gave a rough estimate of when it could be done. Once we decided to go with clean cut, the scheduling person was extremely accomodating with getting us worked in. On the day of the job, everyone was prompt and got right to work. Both trees were down in 3.5 hours. Clean up was performed and the majority of the crew left. 2 guys with the grinder stayed behind for the rest of the afternoon and worked on the stumps and roots. Overall they did a great job. They were quick, timely, and there were no surprises.

The representative was very nice when she answered. I needed immediate work because my power was out, but they gave me a three day window of when they would return my call. They called back four days later, but I already had the work done by someone else.

I could not be happier with the entire process and the work done at my home. It was a massive job and the estimate was great, the work done and clean up couldn't be any better. They were here from 9 am until 7 pm and did not leave until I was completely satisfied with the work they had done. I would use them again if necessary and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Their initial estimate was for $650 but it cost $400 after the discount I got as I was an Angie's List member. They were great. They were on time when they came out for the estimate as well as when they came out to do the work. They were easy to work with. The other companies did not want to grind the roots as they said that they could not get their equipment back there. However, Clean Cut Tree Experts Incorporated found a way to get the root grinder back there and they took the fence apart a little bit. They had a very positive attitude. They were polite. Their price was great as they easily put $1000 less than all the other quotes that I got. I got some very ridiculous quotes from the other companies as they did not want to do the job. The job was done very well. We had a lot of rain prior to them coming out to grind the roots and the ground was soft. So, their equipment tore up the grass a little bit but I had expected that to happen with a big equipment like that. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They came out first to give me an estimate, and even called me while they were there to make sure they were quoting exactly what I wanted. They even quoted the large tree in my front yard (which also needs to be trimmed but I don't have money to do right now), with out me having to ask. After collecting bids, they had the best offer. I called to schedule an appointement and to get a copy of their proof of insurance, which they e-mailed to me right away. They were very heavily scheduled, so I did have to wait a couple of weeks to get an appointment, but everything went off without a hitch.

Very timely, professional and kept his word. Clean up was timely & efficient. No problems whatsoever, would not have a problem recommending this company.

I appreciated their diligence - they called for weeks to work out an appointment. When they finally arrived, it was my trash day. They threw my trash can and carpet pieces into my neighbor's lawn, as well as leaving their tools in their front yard!!! When I asked them to correct this, they pushed back and responded saying that they needed the room. I told them again, that it wasn't an option, and they started to literally throw my trash can and carpet back onto my lawn. Actually, one of the workers kicked the carpet piece across the driveway into my driveway! I was mortified. The contractor was also smoking on my property, which I didn't appreciate as well. Once that happened, I told them that I would not need their services and asked them to leave. I called their office and let them know of my expereince. It is disappointing to say the least.

They did the job very well. the price was very fair. I like the idea that they are a local company. I would highly recommend the company for any tree service work.
