Company was very efficient. I called, estimator came out in a few days, and tree trimmer Jeremy came out at a later date. He did an excellent job and cleaned up everything. The company was very efficient, returned phone calls promptly and was on time . I also used an angies list coupon for the work

They were so quick, I went out to dinner at 5:00 p.m. and when I got home 45 min later the tree was gone and both stumps were ground. The backyard was so clean, I could not even find a branch from the tree! The yard was raked and swept up perfectly. They did a very thorough and complete job. I will call them again if I need another tree taken down. Very satisfied!

I called Clean Cut Tree Experts a couple of days after a snow storm to schedule a site visit and estimate with the office manager. The owner arrived on the scheduled day and time, inspected the tree, explained the process, and gave me an estimate which I thought was pretty reasonable. I had to schedule the appointment for the actual service a couple of day following due to them being very busy, but they surprised me by arriving the first thing the morning of my appointment. The office manager told me later that they moved my job up first on their list because the tree was blocking my sidewalk. I would say it took the crew about 40 minutes to complete the job and clean up. The owner, office manager, and crew were very professional and courteous. I would certainly call Clean Cut Tree Experts again.

Aside from them running a little late, everything went fantastic.

The crew arrived early and began immediately. I was atonished at their skill and professionalism. The workers were in motion at all times, not one of them idle. They cut the tree down while keeping the street open for traffic. They cleaned up as they went and upon their departure, I was amazed that they managed to clean up the lawn, street and sidewalks. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a tree taken down or trimmed.

Called them for repeat business based on prior experience. Did not get any other estimates this time because I didn't feel I needed to based on the first time I used them when I did get 3-4 other estimates, and will use them any time I need tree service going forward. Their pricing and discounts for Angie's List members is excellent.

Clean Cut promptly sent out a rep to visit my property and conduct the free quote on my day off. He showed up reasonably early to the appointment and gave me several options in my quote. He confirmed the discount from Angie's List (30% at the time) and added that another 10% would be discounted if the work was scheduled within 3 days of the quote. I scheduled the work in that time frame after evaluating other quotes. Even without the 2 discounts their total price beat out the next lowest bid by about $300. They again promptly gave me an appointment on my requested day off. That morning at a reasonable hour they called me to inform me that the appointment needed to be cancelled due to poor weather, as it had just snowed a fair amount. They planned on coming the following day to do the job. The next day they came as promised at the appointment time. They did a thorough job, and walked me through the work done afterwards and gave me recommendations on how often the trees should be maintained (the previous owner did not maintain the landscaping). They did a good job on cleanup. I would absolutely recommend this company and use them again.

They came to the house to give me an estimate shortly after I contacted them. I called back the following day and scheduled them to come out the following Monday. They arrived on time and we agreed to what needed to be done to prepare the yard for the tree removal. It was a large tree in the corner of my back yard next to power lines, so this was not going to be an easy task. They were very professional and completed the removal and grinding in a timely manner and without incident. They cleaned the yard and it now looks like the tree never existed! Great job!

They were professional, were willing to negotiate, and they honored their commitment. The owner came out to make sure the work was done right.

They were very responsive and gave a good discount for being a member. The price was right no I went ahead. The removal was fast. My only issue was with the cleanup. They left a lot of wood chips around where the stump was thatI had to later rake up (after I had requested that they leave as few behind as possible and just leave the hole if there was one). Compared to other companies, I rate the cleanup portion poorly. The area hasn't leveled out (large hump) so I'll have to go back and work on it a little in the spring.

They were in and out in very little time, no mess leftover, very little hassle. Definitely worthwhile service.

The owner chad came and gave me the estimate and told me that the job would be done within 2 weeks and sure enough it was done within that time frame. The crew was professional and after the completion of the job , cleaned up the area before they left. However they failed to put back the bench and two chairs from the location they removed when the tree was been cut . It was not much trouble to put it back

Overall I was satisfied with the work they did. A couple of quick notes, they tried the best they could to keep my grass from getting destroyed by their trucks and other equipment but that didn't happen. Will have to have a landscape company come next year to fill all the holes and ruts. As I said they did what they could to keep this from happening but I knew it was inevitable. Their price was nothing more than competitive, the Angie?s List discount only keeps them competitive, without that they would have been much higher compared to the other companies I called, so all in all your really not getting a discount above and beyond what they normally charge. I wanted the debris hauled away from the stump they cut out and they left without taking any of it, just make sure this is clear up.

The crew arrived a few minutes early. They listened to what I wanted done, made suggestions and cleaned up branches and debris. Polite and professional.

et hCrew showed up, introduced themselves, and started working. They were quick and the price was decent. They were polite throughout the process, let us know the power was going to be taken out and they tried to minimize the time. They did take a lot longer to get the power back on than they originally told me, but stuff happens. When they left, they did leave huge mountains of chippings from the stump grinding. The scope of work did say back fill the stump hole with chips, but I didn't realize the back fill would be about 4 feet high. My driveway gate was a little out of whack after they left. I'm guessing they bumped it with some of the branches they were removing from the yard. I had to readjust the fence to get it back into shape. Overall, I was pleased to get rid of the trees, the crew was friendly, but they should have been more careful with the fence.

I would recommend this company to anyone in need of Tree trimming.They are professional.polite and didn't leave any debris behind. Excellent customer service!
