Had a good sized Mulberry Tree (24'+) removed (including stump) and a smaller Elm (10') cut down as well. Work was fast and efficient and all debris taken away. Clean Cut Tree Experts was also very responsive in returning calls, estimating and scheduling job. They even went "above and beyond" and found an earlier opening with the tree removal than initially scheduled which I was very pleased with. I would definitely contact them again for future tree removal needs.

The customer service I received from Cheryl-Lynn was wonderful. She was very pleasant and polite and even called me back to follow up and schedule my appointment. She answered all of my questions and concerns. The crew did an excellent job and worked non-stop. They removed a huge and very unstable maple tree located in a tricky area between my house and my neighbors without any damage to nearby wires, cables, lawn or driveway. The work was extremely efficient, the cleanup was exceptional and they were all very professional.

They arrived on time and there was a crew of 5. They were always moving, dragging brush to the chipper, moving logs. Each person I spoke to was very friendly and well spoken. The results were fantastic, my wife and I now have some sunlight in the backyard. The trimming was very skillfully done, trees look natural, not "hacked". I would recommend them to anyone for any tree service. They used plywood to protect my fence and gate; raked the whole yard, not a scrap of the trees remain, great job!

Crew was pleasant. They were a nice group of young guys. They raked up all the leaves and blew away the sawdust even though a bad storm was coming. I was 100 percent satisfied with the office staff and the tree trimmers.

We had one tree that had suffered damage due to the hard winter and one tree that was originally planted by previous owners of the house too close to the house. Both of these trees had to be removed. In addition to removing the trees, we needed to have two other trees trimmed and pruned that had branches growing too close to our house and our neighbor's house. The crew arrived when expected and did an excellent job of removing and trimming all of the trees. They not only cleaned the yard but they also sweep the street after they completed the work! We were not only happy with the work but got compliments from our neighbors on how our yard and trees looked after the crew left.

The quote was good. The process was good and now we are just waiting for the service to be committed. What stood out was the speed of their responsiveness and the price. I have to wait for them to do it before I decide if I would use them again in the future.

I needed prompt clean up of a mess remaining from an none Angie's list provider. The owner was prompt, clearly explained what he could perform, clear pricing. The crew was efficient, did a very nice job. Cleaned up after themselves. The firm kept me well informed. Showed up on for all appointments. Would definitely use again.

Arrived on time, checked in with me and then got to work! Removed two very tall trees (around 80' each), removed the stumps and then ground everything down level. Cleaned everything up afterward, and left things in great shape. Professional and thorough job - I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Removed a dead tree to the ground and did a excellent job. Had a huge limb that had cracked and hanging over the house next doors yard.

Overall, the work was good and the price was reasonable. The crew showed up and performed the work as described. The guys were friendly, efficient and pretty fast, as they had the tree down in about an hour or so. The clean up was pretty good considering the weather at the time (on/off rain). A few notes: I was a bit disappointed that the estimate quote had the discounts already factored in the final price. Though I did not get any other quotes, factoring the discount before seeing the actual price leads me to believe that the price is somewhat elevated and I wondered what the price would have been if I had not told them I saw them on Angie's List before the quote. I gave a "B" on punctuality due to the fact the guys didn't show up until about 2 hours later than scheduled. PLEASE NOTE that this was at the end of a very rainy day and being late on such a day is understandable...however, a quick phone call would have be appreciated as I thought that perhaps my calendar was wrong. I gave a "B" for quality only because I had to replace and close the gates that the crew removed and/or opened to complete the job...and that I couldn't give an "A-."

They did a good job. They came out with a crew of about four guys and trimmed up the trees. The knock the stuff down, chipped up the stuff and cleaned up. I would use them again. The people that I dealt with came out and gave me a quote. They showed up when they said they would, they were prompt and they did a good job. I know nothing about trimming trees but they did what they said they would. The were a good size and they had to climb up into them so they were pretty good.

Wonderful job. They were on time and very professional. They came in, did the job and cleaned up. I will definitely call them again.

About 5 to 6 guys showed up with 2 trucks and equipment. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They couldn't use the truck due to the limited space. One of them climbed this huge tree and started cutting away with precision. They started 10 am and finished 630 pm. Which goes to show the amount of work involved. They cleaned up after them nicely. I would definitely utilize them again and recommend them if need be.

They did a great job. You need to know how to prune Bradford pears and they did a super job. Climbing up into the center of the tree to take off not only major limbs that should have been pruned years ago but also to prune small bits before they got bigger Very professional and cleaned up well. Did not harm any of the shrubs or plantings under the trees.

Went very well. They were very efficient, safety conscious and completely cleaned up the yard and area of debri when finished. Notice a dent in garage door (after our nasty winter), but since they did work 5 months ago, I am not complaining.

I contacted the company via their online form, and was called back the next day. An employee came out and looked at the trees that I had wanted trimmed (a very large pine and another smaller tree) a few days later, and left the estimate for our review since we were not home at the time. The price was competitive with other estimates, so we hired them for the work. The scheduling process was very easy and the company was accommodating to our schedules. They arrived on time, and quickly went to work, cleaning up when they were done. The trees (especially the pine) look fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company!

The crew arrived on time with good equipment and completed the job in outstanding fashion They were very courteous,efficient and did an excellent job in cleaning up the yard and making sure they did not infringe on the neighbor`s property ! THEY WILL BE MY CHOICE FOR ANY TREE WORK THAT I MAY NEED IN THE FUTURE !

Excellent quality and price. They trimmed large trees like they were bonzai trees. Will absolutely use again and refer to neighbors.

In first calling Clean Cut Trees as recommended by Angie's List, this company is great. They were quite busy as it was spring and they were pretty booked, but they worked around my schedule and came out very quick! Once here, they cut the trees as requested, cleaned, swept, and blew off any remnants of the trees they'd just taken down. It was like they weren't even here. They even took a few large branches from my neighbor's yard - no problems at all!!

They were quick, clean and courteous. They were wonderful and I would use them again.
