Dear [member name removed], I want to sincerely apologize that you were unsatisfied in every way with our company. I see you failed us in almost every category over our pricing. Your estimate was requested on April 7th and we completed the estimate for you on April 8th and called you on the 9th to go over the estimate with you. So, I am sorry and disappointed that you failed us in responsiveness and nearly in punctuality. I know when we spoke you said we were $100.00 more then the other company and they were going to be doing more work, which I noted on our copy of the estimate. You also stated you had used them before. We do try to be as competitive as possible and I did offer to check with my estimator to see if there was anything I could do in regards to work and pricing, which you were unwilling to let me check into and accused our company of being untrustworthy. Please understand we are not always the cheapest company nor are we always the most expensive either, but we do do our best to be competitive. So I am sorry that we also failed in pricing as well!! I noticed on the email you stated your job was also roughly priced at just under $1500.00. I show if all work was completed with all discounts, we had a total of under $1200.00, so it also concerns me that you had calculated a different price then listed! In regards to being unprofessional, I am also concerned at failing this area as well. We have been completely professional in every aspect as well as our gentlemen that completed your estimate! I understand that you are unhappy with our pricing, but to fail our company in all other areas due to that is very concerning to our company. We do strive to handle all of our customers professionally, no matter how small or large the job may be with the best pricing we are able to give with each different circumstance of the jobs themselves! Our company strives to do quality work as well, so failing us in quality, an area you were not even able to experience thus far is also troubling for us to hear! I am fully certain that had you been able to see the work we complete, you would be ever so happy with the quality! I understand if pricing was your issue, that was why you failed our company in that area. It just truly is upsetting to hear that we failed everywhere else as well because of that.
