Made appointment. They never called or showed up. I waited for 6 hours for them. I took the afternoon off to wait for them. They never called me. I called every hour to check on status until they closed Friday night. Outrageous.

If you have a leaky faucet and are unable to remove the cartridge yourself, try your hardest to find someone who can. The part itself is relatively inexpensive and the labor to replace it is not much. I understand that Thornton & Grooms is running a business and since I was unable to find anyone to help me for free I had to hire someone. The service professional did a good job and helped me get the cost down by just replacing the one cartridge that was damaged (instead of both faucet cartridges). Overall, though, I felt it was an expensive repair.
