I have used this company since 2005 when they installed a new furnace for the first floor. In 2005 they did a solid job in providing an estimate on various models, explaining the differences of the models, removing the old, installing the new, cleaning up after themselves, etc. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, competent, careful and remain so. However, we wish they had been a little clearer on how much noise the furnace would make because we would have chosen something else. For over 7 years now, we have used this company to maintain our furnaces (2) each fall and our air conditioning units (2) each spring and have been very happy with their service. The price above is roughly for normal annual maintenance for one furnace. We have a home warranty, and when they have identified a problem, they have provided us with the necessary documentation to submit to our warranty company so that the problem could be handled by the warranty company's service providers. One year after the normal maintenance, a few weeks later I noticed more noise than usual in one of the furnaces. They came the same day I called, found a minor problem which they fixed and did not charge me anything! Pretty amazing! Also, they put booties on their shoes when in the house - taking them on/off as necessary, without any reminders. Having dealt with many repairmen for over 40 years, I appreciate their not trailing mud, attic insulation, etc. all over the house. A minor detail, but it indicates how careful and deliberate they are in the details involved in caring for the HVAC equipment, which by the way is efficiently organized. No multiple trips out to the truck because they forgot or are missing some tool, etc. As mentioned above they are prompt - coming when they say. If they will be earlier or later than the two hour span that they initially arrange, they give you a call to provide an update. No waiting around for hours wondering what is happening. Based on my experience, I would recommend them highly to anyone.
