 + -1 moreTerrible response time. I was told they were short handed. I also asked to talk to the owner and the girl answering the phone refused to let me talk to him. She said it was his decission when jobs are completed. I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: We had a problem with the basement sump pumping the kitchen sink water to the main sewer line. We were told they needed to order parts and it would be two days. During this time I had to take my dishes to the laundry room to wash and also carry pots of water in to the kitchen for cooking purposes. I expected the work to be finished when the parts came in but they then put us in line for our completion at the end of the queue. I would have expected that since they knew they were expecting parts they would have left a slot open for our work. We ended up waiting over two weeks to have the job finished so I could use my kitchen again. I would not recommend this company if you are in a hurry or have an emergency and I will find someone else to do my plumbing work from now on.

 + -1 moreI spent around $300 on that work. They are very easy to work with and very professional. They showed up on time. They came back and fixed something else that was not part of their job. They are very helpful and gave me advice on how to fix something else.
Description of Work: I used S L R Plumbing Inc. in August this year to do some work with the kitchen remodel. They took out plumbing and installed new plumbing and a garbage disposal.
