 + 0 moreDan is a complete professional! He has always been a straight-shooter and is GREAT at diagnosing problems. The Plumber we had previously would make wrong assumptions, and always tried to up-sell us on things he was good at rather than just fixing OUR issue. Dan got right down to business and fixed our drain - hopefully for good - at a reasonable price! Dan is personable and consults on maintenance issues in addition to fixing the problem at hand. I would not hesitate to recommend him to a family member or a friend!
Description of Work: For the past few years, Dan Roemer has fixed all of our plumbing issues. This past time he was able to unclog a bathroom drain and found a piece of hardware in the plumbing that was causing the issue. The drain has been PERFECT ever since. He was also able to fix leaky pipes that went to our water heater. The Plumber (who sent his amateur Brother-In-Law) who installed the water heater originally botched the job, and Dan changed some things around to fix it.

Description of Work: replaced bad water line to toilet in basement.replaced with new cooper line.

 + -1 moreInstallation was made. The heater would not function and would not light. The person who installed it said it was not his problem. He told me to call the company that he did not wish to deal with it. I had to go without hot water for a week. We stopped payment on the check and he came back and insisted that we pay the bill on the unfinished work. He became very aggressive and came to my front door. Very unprofessional. Company refused to replace faulty water heater. Claimed it was not their responsibility, must put in claim with manufacturer.
Description of Work: Company installed water heather that was faulty.
