Brian, our technician, called prior to his arrival, on time. He was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and willing to explain exactly what he diagnosed and his plan to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend CM as we had a very positive experience.

Brian, the tech was absolutely fantastic. He did everything to correct my appliance problem.. He even found another issue that was under my warranty program that he ordered new parts for.

First time using C M All Appliance Repair LLC. From the first contact, Ruth answered the phone, and she could not have made it easier to schedule and accommodate my timeframe. Her customer service skills should be bottled. Justin was my service technician. He notified me when he was on his way and when he arrived and was exactly within the timeframe stated. Justin was masked, professional, polite, and an EXCELLENT appliance repairman. He explained every step of the process and was able to repair my dishwasher door to its prior to functioning glory. I cannot convey how happy this made me. Justin then really made sure it was repaired properly, but all the things back in place, and double and triple the doors functionality, fit, and alignment. He packed up his tools, said goodbye, and was off to his next appointment. I am very pleased with C M All Appliance Repair LLC and recommend them highly without hesitation. As I said, from the first contact all the way to saying good-bye to my assigned repairman, Justin, this company is legit!

The owner Chris showed up first and has an excellent knack for diagnosing what was wrong with our double oven. I was impressed with his knowledge of all appliances. I tried to fix the oven but failed after replacing the heating element. He looked up the part and ordered it right in my kitchen and estimated the time it would take to get it. He beat that time by a couple days. He sent two fellas out to change out a relay board and everything now works fine. I am not easily impressed but I sure liked the service I received. If you have a tough appliance repair - these are the guys to call.

They quoted a reasonable price, diagnosed and fixed the fridge and then went over and above to ensure my complete satisfaction when another cause of the problem came up - with no additional cost to me. I appreciate their honesty and work ethic.

No work needed to be done. Chris told me that my freezer was too full and that air could not circulate properly. He told me to start eating the food. I was impressed with his honesty. He could have said that I needed a new compressor, and charged me a lot of money, and I wouldn't have known the difference. I will always refer to this company with any appliance problem just because they have proven to me that they have morals. I am a senior citizen and a widow. Their honesty and dependability is above reproach. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who needs appliance repair. $100.00 is a lot of money, that's the only reason for the 3 star rating on that.
