Quick response after requesting service. I advised Robert of what I thought was a blower motor issue. It was diagnosed as needing a good cleaning and that a new circuit board was not sending power to the blower. I authorized the cleaning, though very expensively quoted. Once the cleaning was completed and the circuit board bypasses (jumped), the system was turned on for a once over. Everything seemed to be well until going back down stairs to find the blower motor "suddenly quit," Robert kept emphasizing he only wiped the motor off, that he didn't put it under the water. Now the blower motor needed replaced and Robert didn't have one with him. (Note: this is what i suspected to be the issue, the motor should have been brought out just in case). Robert went and met up with another repairman friend to get a motor. Upon returning to replace the motor, it was discovered this motor would not work. Robert noted that he was booked full the next day and really wasn't wanting to work late into the night, however he did go out and found another blower motor and returned to my home and installed it late into the night. I am very impressed that Robert was diligent and completed the job. I am unsatisfied with the expensive cost (without parts about $125-$150/hr.) and the fact that he did not come prepared the first time knowing it was possibly a blower motor.

Robert came in replaced a wet circuit board and cleaned out a water line house is cooling back down great service I highly recommend this service provider.

Extremely knowledgeable, quick repairs, informative toward homeowner; willing to come after hours to service a need. I am very appreciative Mr. Kaminski had the parts available to fix the furnace on the first visit and restore functioning of the furnace on a cold night.

We were to go to chicago first thing Sunday morning. We awoke to no heat! Robert was first to respond and was to hour home within an hour. He had the part (ignitor) and fixed it in minutes. We were on the road as scheduled and it cost $250- reasonable for our situation.

Called and was able to come by 5 days earlier than scheduled. Very professional, explained everything to me very clearly. Installed a new gas line for my new dryer. Great service, was available by phone after the replacement of all the electrical components of my boiler necessary because of flooding. He shows up when he says he will and spends as much time as necessary to fix the problem.
