Ralph came out and took care of the issue right away. I would recommend him he stayed right at it and had my antenna reconnected in no time and got the wire straightened out for me. If you need help with any outdoor antenna work he would definitely be a good suggestion for you. That's the work you did here I'm sure he could take care of any other work that he advertises.

Ralph was on time, professional, fast and very fair! He installed the antenna as I requested in the attic. I had difficulty finding someone who would perform this install in the attic. He was able to run and install the coax at my central distribution point for all the televisions in my home. He ran the cable properly and neatly exactly as I requested. Ralph then scanned the channels in on my televisions and took the time to explain to me the benefits and drawbacks of amplifying the signal and allowed me to make the decision if I wanted to boost the signal. I am now able to enjoy free local television without the need to pay for any streaming service thanks to Ralph. Midwest Mobile is the company I will be turning to in the future if I need any other service performed again!

He has done enough of these to know where everything goes and how it works and what is set the antenna up and tune it and he's got the meter for that so we got 52 channels we're in up Northeast corner of flinton we got channel 6 out of Lansing that comes in clear it's got the preamp on it and it's a clear stream for the Max antenna it's great you know I'm going to stuff from all over if you're in an open area you really get a lot of channels you get more than the 52 that I got but I got a lot of troops around me and we're not getting too many Detroit for the time being

Ralph is the tv guy you want working on your house. He has seen it all and is very knowledgeable and can work around any issue. Very nice guy, efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

He did a great job. I get several channels and now I can get rid of cable.

He never made up a work order and he never gave me the specks on the antenna he installed I had to go online and look it up myself. I went from a Aerial antenna with a rotor to this fixed locked in tiny plastic thing and it. stationary on the roof. He installed the antenna on this first time directly to the roof, and drilled into the roof shingles without my my knowledge or permission. The fact that I did not get any paperwork or write up I had no indication beyond me writing a check. People need to search and look harder online for someone to do this and find the people to install these types of antennas. Reach out to at least to 2 diff people in your area in or out of the area.
