I probably could have purchased a new TV but decided to spend my money locally and get it fixed. Glad I did as Ralph knew exactly what was wrong & gave me the cost of repair upon seeing the problem. He also removed it from the wall bracket & replaced it when he returned the unit. PLUS he tuned in all the channels for me. To me, this was the best customer service received.

Can't say enough good things about Ralph. Quick response (within two minutes). Great communication. Said, "Could be there the next day", though very busy, he was. Called to let me know when. Went right up a steep, two and a half-story roof, on a cold and blustery day. Remounted antenna taken down by previous day's high winds. Aimed, made new cable, now get 37 channels (6 more than before). Also very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend to all.

Getting a tv antenna will save you bunches, and the HD reception is great! Ralph was very pleasant and did a very good job.

I liked that Ralph, the repair tech and owner of the business, kept me updated on how things were going with my repair. He came and picked my TV up and told me what he would be doing to complete the repair. I was given an estimate for the completion of the repair at this time also. This was great to know! He was very courteous and friendly and explained things so that I could understand what he would be doing. I appreciated his quick response to my request for a TV repair. In the end complications arose that changed the solution to my TV repair but the estimate price did not change.

Yes all 5's Midwest was great. Easy to work with, professional installation, proper equipment used, made sure we were involved with every step on the project so there were no surprises and finish the hanging of our 60 inch TV with an outstanding clean up.

Did an excellent job for the quoted estimated price. Very friendly and efficient. Cleaned up after the job. Provided materials needed for the job at no extra cost. Was about half of another estimate I got. Could not have been more satisfied. Came back a second day after making a custom roof mount for the antenna.
