Ralph was very professional & Knowledgeable from taking boots off and wearing another pair of shoes every time he went out to get part and clean up. Then redid the surround sound hook up that was done wrong by someone else. He also shoveled off my wheel chair ramp.

Ralph and his son were here today and even though Ralph was suffering with a back spasm, he put up my new antenna and made sure all the tv's were working properly before they left. Even took down my dish on the roof for me. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars were because he had to postpone my installation a couple of times due to his painful back.

I had asked him to come out and install a new antenna. He found that the existing antenna was good and the wiring only provided 1/2 the signal. He fixed the wiring and turned the antenna for maximum reception. The 8 year old antenna works great now. I was very impressed with his honesty in providing a cost effective solution to my problem.
