Excellent, Honest, professional. He charged much less then he quoted because when he got on our roof he saw the problem with the antenna was not as bad as we thought. TVs now work great.

he was here when he said he would. very professional. we looked the job over and we discussed what needs to be done to get channels I wanted. he was very quick doing job, very happy with RALPH. I am going to have him come back to do other soon.
