Within an hour of my entering a request and detailing what I needed, Ralph called and we arranged for him to come out to problem-solve my lack of TV signal. He quickly determined the loss of signal wasn't the antenna itself, but the "booster" connection inside my home. He repaired that and I now have great TV reception! I will definitely call him again if I have any other electronic problems in my home!

Excellent work. I loved the results and installer was very friendly and made sure everything worked perfectly. He even swept some of the leaves off my roof while he was installing the antenna.

Ralph had to return multiple times because the reception from the various antennas he tried was not good with wind/rain/overcast conditions. He tried everything and had to conclude it was our location. He tried over the period of about 1 1/2 years! He can't work on the roof in winter weather, so he returned as soon as possible. Courteous, professional, didn't change quotes price despite how much he needed to return.

Mr. Keller communicated with me promptly after my request for information. My Mom, who is 91, was having issues with her TV and she needed her antenna replaced. Due to cold weather, Mr. Keller could not service her immediately, but he did walk us through reprogramming her TV channels. He was able to replace her antenna a few days later and did a wonderful job. He was very respectful, prompt and professional. She now gets clear reception of all the channels she enjoys watching. Ralph is fast, cheap and good at what he does. He had me up and running quickly. I am saving lots of money now by 'cutting the cable'. He even had to restore work done by others, which he did at no cost. I highly recommend Ralph.
