+ -1 moreI hired Tech4 do the work. This is the 3rd time in the 3rd house that I have had to replace furnaces in the last 15 years and I have used them each time. Always professional, friendly and thorough. I have recommend them to family and friends who have also had good experiences with them. My employer also uses their services in the shop and offices. 100% satisfied.
Description of Work: I had my furnace, AC unit and hot water tank replaced with high energy efficient equipment.

+ -1 moreI've used Bob and Tech IV at least 50 times with my company Sani-Clean Air Duct Cleaning. Tech IV always goes above and beyond. I like that they use products that are made in the USA. They actually quit carrying their former lead brand when they switched to production in Mexico. I appreciate that! If you need hvac service work, Tech IV is who I'd call in Macomb County. That's who I will be calling.

+ -1 moreWould have been OK with service if the first attempted at repair wasn't botched so badly, also costing me time in waiting for two follow-ups to fix what wasn't done right with the first job. I may have actually considered the company for future jobs as the first mistake was admitted and corrected at no charge. Seem like cooperative service guys. However, the cut humidifier wires were left unexplained on why they could have cut them to a fully functional humidifier. Wire connections could have been double checked simply to reading the instructions to the circuit board. I appreciate the follow-up work to fix mistakes at no charge, but it shouldn't have been necessary and leaves the service practices and attention to detail questionable. Furnace working properly since all corrections made.
Description of Work: Service call placed because heat went out at night. Was actually pleased someone could make it out at midnight, however, the rest does not go so well. After diagnosing the furnace issue as a bad circuit board, the circuit board was replaced. Upon leaving, the guy made strong points about how they do safety checks, operational checks of all areas, aside from the problem area. The furnace returned to being operational for about 5 hours. The next morning, heat was out again, a different tech(Guy #2)from the same company was assigned to come out. The circuit board that the Guy #1 replaced went bad because he connected a wire wrong and overloaded the board, causing the back to burn out(Dangerous! Burned more than the board that was replaced and functioning for several years). The mistake was acknowledged and repaired no charge. After Guy #2 left, I also noticed the humidifier not working, and found that Guy #1 had cut the wires to the humidifier(previously functioning)and never reconnected them(Not noticed by Guy #2). This resulted in another service call-one that resulted in a no show/late after several days in attempt to schedule, and finally repaired at no charge by same Guy #2.

+ -1 moreI am extremely pleased with Tech IV's quick response, effective repair, professionalism, and courtesy. I will definitely call them again for any heating/cooling-related repairs.
Description of Work: Tech IV tested, diagnosed, and repaired a faulty pressure switch on my inground pool heater: A Hayward H250. After waiting 10 days for another local contractor who never showed up and failed to return calls, Tech IV showed up just 90 minutes after my call and had the work completed in 1 hour.
